AVK|SEG (UK) Ltd offer two comprehensive maintenance contract levels for diesel generator installations which include:
- Travel to & from site
- Consumable items, oil sampling, filters, etc.
- Checking & testing of electrical control systems
- Emergency 365 day, 24 hour call out
- On site time
- Spare parts oil & coolants
PREMIUM - DIESEL GENERATOR CONTRACT
- 2 x 6 Monthly *Maintenance Visits in Normal Working Hours. Including replacement of consumable spares, equipment test and calibration.
- 24 Hour Call Out Cover with 8 Hr Response Time
STANDARD - DIESEL GENERATOR CONTRACT
- 1 x 6 Monthly *Maintenance Visit in Normal Working Hours. Including replacement of consumable spares, equipment test and calibration.
- Next Working Day Response for Emergency Call Outs
*Maintenance will include all adjustments and recommended service routines, which are considered to be necessary for the efficient operation of the equipment.
Tailored Agreements
An AVK|SEG (UK) LTD Diesel Maintenance Contract can be tailored to meet the customers specific requirements with options for call out response, number of annual maintenance visits per annum and week day or weekend maintenance. All aspects of installation can be accommodated within the contract, including battery and load bank testing as well as site reports. A service history of the equipment is maintained on a Service Database to enable us to inform our customers of upgrades or recommended part replacement.
High Standards Once your diesel generator system has been installed, tested and commissioned to a high standard, it is essential that the system is serviced and maintained to retain that standard. AVK|SEG (UK) Ltd will ensure that only approved spare parts are used and the lubricants, coolants and filters meet with the requirements of the engine manufacturer. (e.g. Cummins, Volvo, John Deere, MTU…)
Specialist Engineers Our fully trained electrical and mechanical service engineers are committed to providing a high level of service and they take pride in the work they undertake. They have a specialist range of experience and skills and are capable of undertaking work on almost all power protection systems.
